Vintage christmascard

First made the tag for this card. Distressed the tag and inked it with some brown ink. Then i stamped with several colors some swirls on the tag. Santa's head has some sparkle and some 3d red ink. Embelished it with several items like you can see on the photo. Distressed the background of the card too and inked it with brown ink too. The beautiful ribbon has some extra glitter.

Voor deze kaart heb ik eerst de tag gemaakt. De kanten wat oud gemaakt door wat bruine inkt en met een schaar de kantjes wat te schaven. Met diverse kleuren inkt wat swirls er op gestempeld. Op de kerstmuts van de kerstman zit wat glitter en het rood is een soort van 3d. Wat hulsttakjes, lint, en een glitter sneeuwvlok maken het af. De achtergrond van de kaart heb ik ook oud gemaakt door te inkten en te schaven. Het prachtige lint heeft nog wat extra glitter.

vintage christmas tag

A vintage tag this time. I distressed it, put a part of a book on it. Sprayed some glimmermist on it. Put some glitter on the beautiful angel stamp. Embelished it with pearls, and other things i found in my stash! The round ornament is also a part of a book and folded it into this shape and decorated it further.

Een vintage tag deze keer. Oud gemaakt door de randjes te inkten en met een schaar te bewerken. Op de tag zit een stukje van een boek. Wat glimmermist op de tag. Wat glitter op de prachtige engel stempel. Versierd met parels en andere dingen die ik nog rond had slingeren! De ronde vorm is ook gemaakt uit een boek en gevouwen en wat verder gedecoreerd.

Very dark weather to photograph, but i gave it a try. This time a weddingcard which is coming up soon. The stamps are colored with copics and glitter. Kept the colors simple, because their weddingcard was too (was black and white). You can tie the card with a ribbon (with a heart embelishment). On the inside two labels and their name underneath.

Beetje donker weer om te fotograferen, maar ik doe mijn best... Deze keer een trouwkaart. De stempels zijn ingekleurd met copics en glitter. Ik heb de kleuren vrij simpel gehouden, want hun trouwkaart was ook vrij neutraal, zwart wit. Je kunt het kaartje dichtmaken met een lintje (natuurlijk met een hart embelishment er aan vast) Aan de binnenkant 2 labels met hun naam eronder.

In the dark it looks so cozy.
Het ziet er zo gezellig uit in het donker.

This time i made a snowflake card. I kept the front rather simple, because the suprise is on the inside! Used a dollie for the front and cut out some shapes. Put some glitter on it. On the background beautiful shiny scrappapers and a ribbon.

When you open the card, behind the snowflake there are several lights that go on. That is suprising isn't!? I cut out several snowflakes, embossed and glittered them and put them on top of eachother with a pearlbrad.

Deze keer heb ik een sneeuwvlok kaart gemaakt. Ik heb de voorkant simpel gehouden want aan de binnenkant zit de verrassing! Ik heb een taartrandje gebruikt (dollie) en wat vormpjes uitgesneden. Allemaal glitter op gebruikt. Het papier van de action heeft ook wat glimmers in zich. Als je de kaart opent gaan er lichtjes aan, achter de sneeuwvlok. Dat is een verrassing toch? Ik heb wat sneeuwvlokken uitgesneden, geembost en die met wat glitter bewerkt. Daarna op elkaar geplakt en er een parel brad doorheen gestoken.

I had so much fun folding and making this vintage candlebox for christmas. The colors are a bit unusual for christmas, pink, but i like the end result. All edges are distressed with brown ink. Used all kinds of different things to embelish the box. The little chain with the pearls is also made by myself, as well as the candle. I googled how to stamp a candle, and i was suprised by how easy that it is! Just need some tissuepaper and a heat gun and stamps ofcourse! These stamps are from a store named: Kruidvat. Love how you can transform an ordinary white candle in a candle that looks exclusive and expensive!

Ik heb zo veel plezier gehad in het vouwen en maken van dit vintage kaarsendoosje voor kerst. De kleuren zijn wat ongebruikelijk voor kerst, roze, maar ik vind het eindresultaat toch wel leuk geworden! Al het papier is aan de zijkanten gesponst met bruine inkt. Ik heb allerlei verschillende dingen gebruikt om het doosje te decoreren. Ook het kleine kettinkje met de parels heb ik zelf gemaakt. Ik wist niet hoe je een kaars moest bestempelen, dus heb ik dat op google opgezocht. Ik was verbaasd hoe makkelijk dat is! Je hebt alleen wat tissuepapier nodig, een heatgun, en natuurlijk stempels.(Deze zijn van het kruidvat) Ik vind het helemaal leuk hoe je een wat saaie witte kaars kan omtoveren tot een duur uitziende, exclusieve kaars!

This time i made a birdhouse of different scrappapers. All edges are distressed with brown ink. Decorated it with buttons, a charm, flowers, ribbons, lace (of an old bra of mine, nothing is safe for my hobby!) The decorative stamp is from Basic Grey.

Deze keer heb ik een vogelhuisje gemaakt. Versierd met mooi papier. Alle randjes zijn gedistressed met bruinie inkt. Versierd met knoopjes, bloemetjes, lint, kant (van mijn oude bh, niks is veilig voor mijn hobby!) De sierlijke stempel is van Basic Grey.

This time i restyled some clothespins! You can attach it to a present, and write your message on the back of the clothespin. Something different then a label/tag. I had so much fun making these. The PB stamps are perfect for this project. They are colored with copics. Some tiny cute buttons and a ribbon to finish it off.

Deze keer heb ik wasknijpers versierd. Je kan ze bijv. aan een kadootje vastmaken en op de achterkant je naam en wens neerzetten. Weer eens iets anders als een labeltje aan een kadootje. Vond het erg leuk om dit te maken. De PB stempels zijn perfect om te gebruiken, zulke schattige kleine stempels. Ze zijn ingekleurd met copics. Nog wat kleine knoopjes en wat lint gebruikt om het geheel af te maken.

Made a halloween flag this time. So much fun to make! The flags are stamped with scarey halloween stamps (no idea which brand). The letters stamps are from Penny Black and colored with copics. Added some close ups, not all because otherwise this post gets a bit to big...

Ik heb deze keer een halloween vlag gemaakt. Erg leuk om te maken! De vlaggetjes zijn bestempeld met enge halloween stempels (geen idee welk merk). De letters zijn van Penny Black en ingekleurd met copics. Ik heb wat close ups toegevoegd, niet alle anders wordt dit bericht wel erg lang!

Made this apron with on the front a pocket for recipe cards. The recipes are typical dutch, typical for this area of the Netherlands the province Groningen. Things you eat around christmas and new year: Kniepertjes and Spekkedikken. I used embossing on the apron, eyelets, buttons, ribbon etc. The stamp is colored with copics.

Ik heb deze keer een keukenschort gemaakt. Aan de voorkant een vakje voor 2 receptenkaarten met typisch Gronings recepten. Dit wordt met kerst en oud en nieuw gegeten: Kniepertjes en Spekkedikken. Heb diverse dingen gebruikt: Eyelets, lint, knoopjes, embossing etc. De stempel is ingekleurd met copics.

Folded this box with scrappaper and glued it on a stick and filled the boxes with candy! Around the stick a paper ribbon with a button in the centre. The stamps are colored with copics. Around i sponshed. The moon with the witch and the cat is masked.

Heb dit doosje gevouwen uit scrappapier en op een stokje geplakt. Doosjes lekker met snoep gevuld! Om het stokje een strik met in het midden een knoopje. De stempels zijn ingekleurd met copics en erom heen gesponst met geel. De maan bij de kat en de heks is gemaskerd.

Used different scrappapers and distressed them with green ink. Sponshed the background of St. Nicolas. The snowflakes are cut and glittered. On the inside is a pocket with a cd. I accidently wrote a message already on the left i already wrote, but blurred because it is a bit to personal.

Ik heb diverse soorten scrappapiertjes gebruikt en gedistressed met groene inkt. Achtergrond van de kerstman is gesponst. De sneeuwvlokken zijn gesneden en met glitters versierd. Aan de binnenkant is een cd. Tekst aan de linkerkant had ik per ongeluk al geschreven, maar wazig gemaakt.

Masked the moon and sponshed the background with orange ink. The moon is inked with yellows. Then i stamped some creepy bats and a witch! The corners are sponshed with purple ink. The magnolia stamp is colored with copics.

Here are some vintage tags i made with the gorgeous vintage photos "Adorable" of Dezinaworld.

Used different tecniques with this tags. On the first tag (brownish one) i used glimmermist, parts of a book etc. On the blue tag i sponshed and made my own flower with lots of circles and a brad. The pink tag i used embossing. Used different sentiment-stamps and lace and flowers on all tags. I distressed alll the edges.

Hier zijn wat vintage tags die ik gemaakt heb met de vintage foto's "Adorable"van Dezinaworld. Ik heb verschillende technieken gebuikt met deze tags. De eerste tag (de bruinige) heb ik glimmermist gebruikt en delen van een boek. De blauwe tag heb ik gesponst en mijn eigen bloem gemaakt met verschillende maten circels. De roze heb ik embossing bij gebruikt en op alle tags wat bloemen en kant. Ik heb verschillende tekst stempels gebruikt op alle tags. Ik heb alle zijkanten gedistresst.

Mine has glitters in the roof! A funky house! The image is named "House mouse" and is from Jacare Doodles. A cute little notebook, always come in handy! It is a bit a dark grey day, so difficult to photograph.

De mijne heeft glitters op het dak. De stempel heet "house mouse"en is van Jacare Doodles. Een klein notitieboekje is altijd handig! Een beetje een donkere grijze dag hier, dus moeilijk te fotograferen.

Made this circle card from 4 folded circles. When it is folded you can send it in an envelope. You can untie the ribbon and then you have this circle card. Difficult to photograph, but i think you'll get an idea. Used some freebie polka dot papers which i found on the internet. The froggy stamps are from Penny Black and colored with copics.

Ik heb deze cirkel kaart gemaakt van 4 in elkaar gevouwen cirkels. Wanneer het dicht is kun je het makkelijk opsturen in een envelop. Open is het een cirkel kaart. Moeilijk te fotograferen maar ik denk wel dat je een idee krijgt. Het papier heb ik ergens op het internet gevonden. De kikkers zijn van Penny Black en ingekleurd met copics. Je kunt op de foto's klikken voor een uitvergroting en hetbwat van dichterbij bekijken!

This victorian fan is from Pricilla Styles and colored with copics. Used some embossing on this card. The rest i kept it rather simple, because it is just such a beautiful fan!

Don't know how you name this card flip flap card?;-) It is closed with a ribbon and then it can be opened. This beautiful stamp is named: "Kissing Butterflies" from Delicious Doodles. Colored it with copics and i glased the wings.

Ik heb geen idee hoe je dit soort kaart noemt, een flip flap kaart?;-) Er zit een lintje omheen, en als je die losmaakt kun je de kaart openen. Deze prachtige stempel heet "Kissing Butterflies" en is van Delicious Doodles. Ingekleurd met copics, en de vleugels zijn geglazuurd.

You will never guess where this box was originally for.... In this box was my bankpas! Used different tecniques on this box: embossing, glitter etc. etc. Colored with copics.
I also made the soap chains myself. Melted soap, put in some shelves, fragrance, color in the soap and then put them in the mold. After 30 minutes they are ready to get out of the mold. Used different materials to make the soap chain. In the box i glued some shelves, so the soap chains are not going to move.

Je raad nooit waar deze doos orgineel voor was, er zat een bankpasje in! Ik heb diverse technieken gebruikt: embossing, glitter etc. Ingekleurd met copics. Ook de zeepketting zelf gemaakt. Zeep gesmolten. er wat schelpjes, kleur en geur in de zeep gedaan en daarna in de vorm. Ik heb wat diverse materialen gebruikt om de zeepketting te maken. Schelpjes in het doosje geplakt, zodat de zeepkettingen niet gaan schuiven.

Mermaid dream

This gorgeous stamp is named: "Mermaid scene" of Gingerloft. Somehow i love mermaids! Colored her with copics. I put some glittter on her tail and glased it, as well as i glased the fishes. I have no idea what brand the text stamps are, but i think it fits well with the mermaid! Did some embossing on the card too, so it seems they are little waves.

Deze schitterende stempel heet "Mermaid scene" en is van Gingerloft. Op de een of andere manier ben ik gek op zeemeerminnen! Ze is ingekleurd met copics. Ik heb wat glitter op haar staart gedaan en daarna geglazuurd. Net als de vissen. Ik heb geen idee van wie de tekststempels zijn, maar ik vind het mooi passen bij de zeemeermin. Nog wat geembost, zodat het net golven zijn.

Not lots of sunshine here in the Netherlands, but this card brings a bit sunshine in the house. The image is from Dustin Pike, and colored with copics. The left yellow part is embossed with dots. I glased the kite so it looks like a real plastic kite.
Niet veel zon hier in Nederland, maar deze kaart brengt een beetje zonneschijn in het huis. De leeuw is van Dustin Pike en ingekleurd met copics! De linkergele streep is geembost with puntjes. De vlieger heb ik geglazuurd zodat het een echte plastic vlieger lijkt.

I folded this summer feel box from 2 pieces of paper. Decorated it with paper and some stamps. (on the side says: "Hi Honey!") On the top is a beecomb which is embossed with little dots. On top is the bee is colored with copics. Perfect to give some tea, perhaps honey tea!

Made this cute little notepad. I hold it in my hand on the photo so you see how tiny it is. Folded this notepad of a piece of paper that i stamped first with swearls. The stamps of Penny Black just fit perfectly on this notepad.

Made this card with this beautiful image from Beary dusty stamps. The hearts on the cans are from Penny Black. The glass of the car is glased so it looks like real glass. Used beautiful romantic paper and roses to decorate the card.

The first time i made an easelcard with a twist. A duo easelcard! Used the cute PB stamps and colored them with copics. Decorated it with scrappapers and embelished it. The underground is dark green paper and embossed with silver embossing powder with star stamps.

Eerste keer dat ik een easelcard met een twist gemaakt heb, een duet! heb deze schattige PB stempels gebruikt en ingekleurd met copics. Versierd met diversre soorten scrappapiertjes etc. Ondergrond is donkergroen papier en met zilveren embossing poeder sterretjes gestempeld.

Soap chain with Penny Black stamps

Folded this box and decorated it with rose papers and put flowers and Penny Black stamps on it. Colored them with copics.The soaps on the soapchain i made by melting soap and put it in a mold. Firstly i put some rose fragrance and color in it. After 30 minutes the soaps are ready and then i made a chain of it.

Ik heb dit doosje gevouwen en versierd met mooie rozen papiertjes met rozen papier en heb er wat bloemen opgedaan en Penny Black stempels. Deze ingekleurd met copics. De zeepjes zelf gesmolten en in een mal gedaan. Daarvoor eerst wat rozengeur en kleur erbij gedaan. Na 30 minuten zijn ze klaar en heb ik er een ketting van gemaakt.

Made this men's card. Started with a dark blue backgroud and sprayed gold glimmermist on it. Cut out some gears, dry embossed some of them with a dot pattern, and then put either black or silver embossingpowder on it, heated it, melted it, so it look like real metal gears. The clocks are stamped on a sponshed background with glimmermist on.

Heb deze mannen kaart gemaakt. Gestart met een donkerblauwe achtergrond met goude glimmermist. Wat tandwielen uitgesneden, geembost met een stippen patroon en dan geembost met zwarte of zilveren embossingpoeder, zodat het echte metalen tandwielen lijken. De klokken heb ik gestempeld op een gesponste achtergrond en ook met glimmermist bewerkt.

Box with soap-chain

This time i made a box which contains a soap chain. (the soap chain i also made myself. I melted the soap, added color and a rose fragrance and then made the chain with beads, roses etc.)

The box is decorated with some different scrappapers, flowers, ribbon, buttons and a stamp. The Magnolia stamp is colored with copics in the same color pattern.

Deze keer heb ik een doosje gemaakt die een zeepketting bevat. (De zeepketting heb ik ook zelf gemaakt. Zeep gesmolten, kleur toegevoegd en een lekker rozen geurtje. En dan de ketting zelf geregen met wat kralen, roosjes etc.)

Sexy corset

Cut this corset and embossed it. Put some lace and "tied" the corset with a ribbon. Kept it rather clean and simple, so the corset get's all the attention.

Ik heb deze corset uitgesneden en geembost. Wat kant gebruikt en bovenaan de corset "dichtgeknoopt" met een lintje. Verder vrij simpel gehouden, zodat al de aandacht naar het corset gaat.

This time i made a vintage tag for the first time, and it won't be the last. It was much work, but i enjoyed it so much! I sponshed the background with different colors and stamped different stamps on it. I have put 2 different colors of glimmermist over the tag. I have put different pages out of a book and sponshed them and glued that on the background. The distressed the edges. I have found this vintage girl on the internet and sponshed a little.. Have decorated it with flowers with in the centre a pearl brad (which also are put some glimmermist on) and on the top is lace and ribbon.

Ik heb voor de eerste keer een vintage tag gemaakt. En dat ga ik vaker doen. Veel werk, maar heel leuk. Op de achtergrond diverse stempels, gesponst, en met glimmermist erover heen.

De randen met een schaartje wat ouder gemaakt. Ik heb er een paar stukjes uit een boek opgeplakt en gesponst zodat het wat ouder wordt. Ik heb een vintage plaatje op het internet gevonden. Ook dat plaatje wat gesponst. Verder gedecoreerd met bloemen, hart van de bloem is een parel brad (ook met glimmermist bewerkt). Aan de bovenkant wat lint.

Made a swing card. When you open it, the middle part swings to the other side. The watermelon turtle is from Tami Gingerloft. I colored everything with copics.

This is a folded card, you can close and open it with the red "ribbon". Made this card with images of Dustin Pike, and colored them with copics. In the inside is a little pocket with a tag "happy birthday". I used green designpapers of the action shop.

It is a dark day in the netherlands, so it is difficult to photograph, but i have made an attempt.

Dit is een vouwkaart, je kan het open maken en dichtmaken met het rode lintje. De stempels zijn van Dustin Pike en ingekleurd met copics. In de binnenkant van de kaart is een kleine pocket met een happy birthday tag. Met groen designpapier van de action.

Het is een grijze dag dus het is moeilijk om een goeie foto te maken, maar ik doe een poging!

This is a box i made for a friend of mine who i already know from childhood. She lives in a foreign country now and is visiting the Netherlands for a few weeks. So i have to give her a dutch present don't you think?! I have put in a soap chain, ofcourse with soap clogs! The stamps are colored with copics in the colors of the dutch flag: Red, white and blue!

Dit dooesje heb ik gemaakt voor een vriendin die ik nog ken van de kleuterschool/lagere school. Ze woont nu in het buitenland maar is een paar weken in Nederland. Dus ja dan heeft ze een nederlands kadootje nodig toch? Ik heb er een zeepketting in gedaan met zeepklompjes natuurlijk! De stempels zijn ingekleurd met copics in de kleuren van de nederlandse vlag.

Difficult to photograph but i make an attempt...

I made this of 4 circles, which i folded in a certain way and glued to this little circle card. I embossed the paper with dots. I cutted some octagon shapes and stamped the crafty lounge stamps on it, and colored with copics.

Moeilijk om te fotograferen, maar ik doe een poging.

Ik heb dit gemaakt door 4 cirkels op een bepaalde manier te vouwen, en samen gelijmd tot deze cirkel kaart. Al het papier is geembost met puntjes. Ik heb wat octagon vormen uitgesneden en die bestempeld met de stempels van Crafty Lounge en ingekleurd met copics.

Fancy Fold and butterfly love!

This is a card in a variation of the diamond fold in length. I used Butterfly Love of Stitchy. It is colored with copics. Used different scrappapers and some sentiments:
"Sunlight fades,
stars appear,
fairies gather here"

And

"The rustle of the wind
reminds us a fairy is near"

Dit is een variatie op de diamantvouw, maar dan in de lengte. Ik heb Butterfly Love of Stitchy gebruikt. Ingekleurd met copics. Wat verschillende scrappapiertjes gebruikt (action) en wat leuke tekstjes.
